Our certified expert trainers have developed small group (3-6 participants), and 1 on 1 personal training programs specifically designed for the 40 and over population to improve balance and coordination, increase strength, promote weight loss, and stimulate brain function, in a fun and social environment. We call this program “FUNCTIONAL AGING.” You can be a better you by joining our growing gym community of happy active adults!

And guess what?

You don’t have to exercise for hours on end to look and feel great! At Rejuv, our small group sessions last 45 minutes and meet twice per week. By using high intensity interval training or HIIT, we can have you in and out of our gym in less than an hour while still getting the results you desire! We know you’ll love the experience at our gym, but we want you to get back to your life outside of the gym. Your time is important to us, so we developed a program that will maximize the time that you spend working out, so you can live your life the way you want to live it!

Afraid of Falling?

Have you tested your balance lately? Balance is something that we all lose when we age and for this reason, falling is the #1 accident that leads to people relying on assisted living situations. This does not have to be you! Balance training can greatly diminish your risk of having a catastrophic fall and keep you independent into your later years. At Rejuv Medical SW we test all of our functional aging members for falling risk. We then implement balance training for all of our clients and will design specific training for those who are at a higher risk for falls. We want you to be healthy and pain free for life. Therefore we design our programs with risk in mind. All of our group classes are designed to be scaled for your ability level, which is why small group and 1 on 1 training is the ideal setting to work hard, but also to be as safe as possible. Large group classes do not offer the safety that you need in a fitness program, which is why we do not offer large group functional aging classes. We want you to be happy, healthy and safe while improving your life.
